VEHICLE PERFORMANCE QUIZ -ANSWERS

INCORRECT ANSWER

The performance results as independently tested by Autocar magazine were actually very similar in all aspects, as follows:

Performance Results:

0-60mph :  7.7 secs (Diesel), 7.4 secs (Petrol)

0-100mph: 20.3 secs (Diesel), 19.6 secs (Petrol)

30-70mph through the gears: 7.4 secs (Diesel) 7.5 secs (Petrol)

50-70mph (kick-down): 4.4 secs (Diesel) 4.5 secs (Petrol)

Top Speed:  149mph (Diesel) 151mph (Petrol)

As you can see, both cars have very similar performance results in all tests; acceleration and top speed.
